What can I expect from the event?
Highlights of Holland is an interactive museum where you can discover and experience Dutch culture, traditions and highlights in a surprising and educational way, all in about 75 minutes.

In the centre of Amsterdam! Spaarndammerstraat 460 to be exact.

Indoor.

About 75 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, we have drinks and small snacks available on site. If you’re looking for a more substantial lunch, we recommend visiting one of the many lovely cafés and restaurants in the Spaarndammerstraat, there are plenty of great options just around the corner!
Is there parking available?
There is no private parking at Highlights of Holland. However, there are public parking spaces in the surrounding streets. We recommend visiting by bike, on foot, or by public transport whenever possible. If you want to come by car we advise you to choose one of the several parking garages in the neighborhood, which are about a 7-minute walk away.
Will there be additional sessions?
No
Is there a dress code?
No, come as you are.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, we have a small selection of souvenirs, though we don’t have a large shop.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will be sold on site; they can be purchased also the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?).
You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Highlights of Holland can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a group booking?
You can select the number of pax and make the purchase directly on Fever.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we work with timeslots, so it’s important that you arrive in time, preferably 15 minutes before your big moment.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you in a later timeslot, depending on availability. However, if the experience is fully booked, we may not be able to admit you.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the experience. Service dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No, we don’t have wheelchairs available for rent.
Is the experience accessible for deaf individuals?
Not yet, but this is on our “to-do-list” in the near future.
Is the experience accessible for visually impaired individuals?
Not at the moment, but we are exploring ways to make the experience more inclusive in the future.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, some sections feature light effects. Visitors who are sensitive to flashing lights are advised to take caution.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there are some resting points with seating throughout the experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, we have restrooms at the beginning and end, and even half-way through the Highlights.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, you are more than welcome to take photos.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes, if you lose something and we find it in our beautiful building we will collect it. Just ask at our venue or send an email to info@highlightsofholland.com
Is there an age requirement?
No, the experience is suitable for all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Will there be an audio guide?
Yes, we offer audio guides in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Chinese and Italian.
